Join Cary Parsoneault on Saturday September 21 from 1:30 to 3:30 pm in our Otay Location for this practice where you will learn the basic techniques to be able to find balance on your hands, arms, head, and also learn cool ways to transition from one pose to another as you find that balance.
This workshop covers a series of basic to advanced arm balances and inversions that you can add to your asana tool box.
Learn how to properly warm up and prep your body for weight bearing postures through simple strength and core exercises. Additionally, you will learn how to use props for modifications and transitions so you can try them in your next class. Learn proper alignment and muscle engagement.
You will gain more confidence on your mat and have fun throughout the process. All levels welcome.
