Bathe in Resonance
Restorative, Yoga Nidra, Sound Bath
This class integrates the most relaxing elements of yoga practice and meditation. We begin seated with gentle stretching and twisting movements to connect with breath to prepare the body for extended restorative and savasana positions.
Once in a prone restorative pose we dive into the guided meditation of Yoga Nidra beginning with a full body awareness scan. The flow state journey deepens with healing light visualizations as we lift off the planet for a more cosmic perspective.
After a quick ground stretch we surrender to an extended sound bath of gong, bowls, chimes and drum before settling into a deep silent savasana.
Each student will get to step onto the gong table for a sonic cocoon release experience.
