The Pilates Suspension Method (PSM) Workshop is a 12-hour long course. Day 1, Saturday February 23 is the Foundation course. During this course you will learn the essential and intermediate level exercises of the Pilates Suspension Method. You will receive a manual with step-by-step pictures for each exercise. Currently the PSM is approved for 6 Pilates Method Alliance (PMA) CEC’s.
In the PSM 2.0 Course on Sunday February 24, you will learn 75 INTERMEDIATE and ADVANCED level Pilates based exercises on the Suspension Trainer. During this 6-hour course every exercise will be demonstrated, different modifications will be discussed, and all students will be taken through the exercises. You are not required to take the PSM Foundation Course before the PSM 2.0, but it is highly recommended because many of the exercises are a continuation of the Foundation level series.
This workshop welcomes all types of mindful movement and fitness instructors and enthusiasts.
