If you want to participate in our first Holiday Cookie Swap event, this is how it works: bring 24 cookies so we have enough to share in studio, and some for everyone to take home.
We will be collecting the cookies on Wednesday December 18 so we can have them all ready for the 19th to do the exchange during the day.
We also have our holiday Yoga Sculpt Toy Drive event on the 18th, so if you’re coming to that, you can bring the cookies then and come back the next day to enjoy the swap!!! You can also bring the cookies on Thursday and do the swap then, but if you bring them ahead of time we can make sure they’re set up and ready to be enjoyed.
We will have coffee and tea for everyone to enjoy, all you need to do is show up with space in your belly for a cookie after classes!!!
Bring a container to take your cookie variety as you spend some time with the Namaste Fitness Family.
There are no rules for the cookies, could be homemade or store bought; they can be healthy cookies or not-so healthy cookies. If they contain nuts, we just ask that you add a note in case there’s any allergies.
