Join Andrea on Saturday January 11 and Sunday January 12 for a 2-day event that focuses on self-care and wellness. Begin the new year in community as we explore new tips to help us navigate the year with purpose, intention and kindness towards ourselves.
Day 1.
Morning hike (3.5 miles) includes silent meditation at the top. A quiet morning for reflection and grounding. Students will be given tools for next day’s workshop. A chance to build community with those around us.
Location: San Miguel Park at 7-9:30 am
What to bring: Hiking shoes, Water and Hat/Sun Protection.
Day 2.
We meet in studio to reflect and discuss day 1. This day includes journaling, building new year’s intentions and setting healthy habits. We will learn new ways to practice self-care so the new year’s goals feel more attainable. We will close with an hour of Gentle Flow and Restore class with Guided Meditation.
Location: Studio 1:30-4 pm
What to bring: Comfortable Yoga Clothes and Yoga Ma.
