This workshop will teach the basics of yoga philosophy and alignment to help you progress your practice. We will cover common yoga postures and modifications with props to help you find your own yoga practice.
If you are new to yoga, this is a great way to develop a strong foundation. If you are a seasoned practitioner, it's a great way to revisit the basic principles of yoga.
Yoga Fundamentals is a workshop intended to help you develop better tools to take with you into your first yoga class.

Most importantly, we want to offer a sustainable practice so we will also go over the basics on how to use props to assist you on the yoga mat.
