This workshop introduces you to the gifts of Ayurveda to balance your life.
During this workshop you will learn a lot about Ayurveda with Zabeth, E-RYT 500 and Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist, including:
* Ayurvedic Mantra
* The creation story of Ayurveda
* What is Ayurveda?
* How to determine your unique body/mind constitution and that of your loved ones
* How to recognize when your body/mind constitution is out of balance
* Six tastes and how they impact your body/mind
* How to eat and what to eat to rebalance your body/mind
* Ayurveda’s equivalent of “Chicken Soup” and other Ayurvedic recipes to maintain and regain balance
* Ayurvedic herbs and their benefits
You will go home with an e-book filled with the information we have talked about, and including delicious Ayurvedic recipes that maintain and re-balance you.
Upon registration you are invited to fill out an Ayurvedic body-mind constitution test.
Bring the test and your results with you as a basis for conversation.
