Marlene has prepared a special Sound Bath Meditation workshop for the end of October where the theme will be the Fall energy of Halloween.
On this day, many celebrate with costumes and candy, but in this workshop you’ll be able to meditate, relax and restore to the energy of the Fall moon.
The sound bowls will be playing a tune to relaxation, connection to the Earth and to honor the autumn season and the new spiritual year that begins.
