Yoga Wheel Workshop

Join Athena for a 2-hour all levels workshop to learn fun new ways to incorporate your yoga wheel into your practice.

This amazing prop can help increase flexibility in your spine, hips and shoulders and is great for core work to strengthen all major muscles.

This workshop will include a 60-minute flow style practice, followed by guided playtime to stretch, and explore optional intermediate and advanced poses and will end with a relaxing restorative practice.

Come experience the magic your yoga wheel can create, allowing you to release tension and tightness throughout your entire body.

Bring your yoga wheel, yoga mat, wear comfortable clothes, and optional to bring a journal/pen, eye pillow, essential oils.

 Saturday November 6, 1-3 pm.
