Yoga Therapy Workshop for Low Back Health

Join certified Yoga Therapist Jason Cull for this specialized lower back health workshop. He will incorporate the incredible benefits of the Yoga Walls at our studio.

We will be practicing a variety of yoga postures and floor exercises to help relieve back pain.

The Yoga Wall will be used to help create space, decompress the spine and improve one's posture and alignment.

Emphasis will be put on decreasing the symptoms of back pain related to conditions such as degenerative discs, nerve impingement, arthritis and the affects of gravity and compression of the spine.

This workshop is open to all levels.

It is not designed for sudden or acute back pain or medical conditions that don't permit inversions of the body.
