Yoga Fundamentals is a workshop intended to help you develop better tools to take with you into your first yoga classes. Whether you are new to yoga or you would like to dive deeper into the benefits of the physical practice, come ready to learn more about our Yoga classes at Namaste Fitness. You will learn what style of yoga is best for you based on your goals. Most importantly, we want to offer a sustainable practice so we will also go over the basics on how to use props to assist you on the yoga mat.
